They do! My family is celiac and we ate there several times during our trip.
Best galette I ever had!
It is a galette shop in Takashimaya. The terrace seats were surrounded by greenery and it was a very good atmosphere. Both the tea and the galette were delicious. Because it was a chain store, the manual was solid, and the dishes and the customer service were done quickly. It's a better place to go with confidence. The hurdles are a little high because it is inside Takashimaya, but it is easy to spend in a calm space and an atmosphere that is not too young when you enter. Isn't the terrace seat cleanly cleaned and shining a picture?
Service was better than the food. Everyone was super nice! Food was below my taste, but the great service compensates. A bit pricy. Service âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Food âï¸âï¸âï¸Value âï¸âï¸âï¸
Tried the sweet, seasonal crepe and was not disappointed! The vanilla ice cream and whipped cream went so well with it, would love to visit again!
Best buckwheat crepes in the world!
Grear crêpes in a nice location!
Great crepes and cider. Try the Crepe Suzette or the Crepe with butter and honey.
best crepes in town! Try the apple cider as well :)
The taste of France here in Tokyo !This crepe restaurant is part of a chain that actually have some restaurants both in France and Japan. The chefs are French and most of the staff can take your order in Moliere's language. The terrace is very nice and covered (from both sun and rain) and the decoration is classy and traditional. They even have some newspapers from Britain county. They have pretty cheap menus on weekdays lunch, which make the place perfect for a business lunch !Highly recommend this place for French food lovers and Bretons !
Not as charming as Ginza location, but also excellent crepes, galettes, cidre selection, service.
Bad/overpriced
The crepes were really good, both savory and sweet versions. The restaurant is on the 13th floor.
I absolutely love this place for lunch. I treat myself maybe once a quarter, but it is always worth it. The seasonal galettes are just amazing! The location at Shinjuku is very convenient, although if you would like a better dining experience perhaps try the cafe in Omotesando.
This had to have been some of the best food I've ever had! They use milk and cream from the one place in Japan that has milk cows and it made all the difference. Staff was friendly and the chefs were actually french, prices were a little spend, $10~20 but totally worth it. If you want some good crepes definitely stop by!
A small slice of Bretagne in downtown Shinjuku. The crepes are pretty good and also quite authentic to the ones you can get in France...straight down to the ciders. The lunch sets are quite reasonably priced- about YEN 1200 to 1500. Personally, I would prefer the dessert crepes. They are fabulously.
Great variety of different crepes, sweet, savory, regular or buckwheat. English menu and English speaking staff.
Really good galettes, a little bit expensive though. The staff speaks perfect French!
Im the 13th floor of the station mall. My crape was really bland. Not bad, but not worth the waiting and the hassle getting there... I was disappointed...
Great crepes! Went back two days in a row! Lovely savoury and sweet options! And they are gluten free! Yum!
I enjoyed it very much. It was the perfect place for a light dinner date. Very romantic place, very lovely food. Savory buckwheat crepes are one of my utmost favorite foods and this one is pretty authentic being in Asia. I also love that they serve great pairing of sweet ciders. The best thing to go with the crepes. Makes me feel like I'm in France again. Thank you for the lovely meal and evening. Good food, good service, good ambience.
Excellent customer service, delicious crepes (savory/sweet) made with quality ingredients. Outside seating available.
One of my favorite restaurant for crêpes ! 🥇 Very friendly staff and very tasty crêpes 😠highly recommended ‼ï¸
the best french creperie in Tokyo!
Crepes are overpriced and kind of underwhelming. The texture of the crepes is nothing special, and the jam and whipped cream on top is passable at best. My friend and I came here for afternoon tea and I got the sense that this is more of a restaurant you’d want to visit for the nice terrace and the experience of talking to your friend over tea, rather than how the food actually tastes. The service here is just okay. Again, the atmosphere is nice, but I probably won’t come here again.
The crepe may look small and thin at first but actually really fulfilling. And the Chorizo Ibérico was delicious.
Best buckwheat crepes in Tokyo. We enjoyed the meal at terrace seats next to a small illuminated garden of Takashimaya. We were able to enjoy Wind during hot humid early summer in Tokyo. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It was a perfect place for a light dinner date.
Good food at decent price and usually no wait for a good location. Cider prices are a bit too high i think.
very good french crepes but...be ready to pay quite a lot compared to other restaurants
Delicious French cuisine from the region of Bretagne. Everything on the menu is delicious. I especially recommend drinking cider with your meal. They have terrace seats next to a lovely illuminated garden. Reservations are not necessary. Though you may have to wait, it's not usually a long wait. The staff are very attentive and friendly. This restaurant is located in Shinjuku Takashimaya, above Tokyu Hands. Can be easily accessed from JR Shinjuku Station's New South Exit.
Delicious crepe ðŸ‘ðŸ»
Had a lovely lunch there with a French friend. Though I have been here a couple of times, i didn’t know this is a real French restaurant originally brought from Bretagne. Galettes were delicious with Cider. I also loved their espresso. They also have a variety of tea from Mariage Freres. Very FrenchðŸ˜
Good crepes, and not too expensive. I would recommend this place to have some break with Japanese food, for exemple when you want to show crepes or some stuff like french cider to japanese friends ^^
Very nice French restaurant serving special types of crepes, both savory and sweet. Nice location with outdoor seating. Staff is great.
The crepes here are so delicious! When I was in Tokyo, I came here twice in a week. I only tried the savory ones but I have heard the sweet ones are just as tasty!
The best Crepes in Tokyo , I will suggested for sure
Crispy and delicious.
Excellent galette and tasty cidre in a cute environment on the 13th floor of Takashimaya. The nice outdoor terrace almost makes you forget you are in the middle of Tokyo.Prices are not cheap, but adequate for the good quality of food and service. 2 galette and a bottle of cidre (highly recommended) will run you about 6000 yen. Once when I was in Paris, a local recommended "the best galette in Paris" to me. It was called "Breizh Cafe" and this one is in fact a branch. So you get to have the best of Bretagne right here in Shinjuku!
